JARGAR CLASSIC A-LA Cello String

Around 1950, Danish cellist Jarl Hansen wanted more than his cello and gut strings could provide him acoustically. Therefore, as a member of the Royal Danish Opera Orchestra, he became increasingly interested in the quality, sound and materials of strings, for years he experimented until in 1956, he created his own company, Jargar Strings.

These strings are very well known in the market, in high demand since 1956. They are strings with a steel core, they contain metal winding. Its main characteristics are a classic, bright sound and long durability. This set of strings is available in weak (green), medium (blue) and strong (red) tension.
